Start with a solid foundation. In this first phase, Serena will help you create a rich, structured syllabus based on your learners' profiles and a clear set of learning goals. Think of it as your AI-powered course blueprint, ensuring alignment from the start.

🎥 Step 2 – Learning Objects & Engaging Media
Next, Serena will help bring your syllabus to life. You’ll be able to generate learning objects effortlessly, including synthetic videos—cutting out the hassle of production and post-production. Plus, we’re adding quizzes and interactive activities to make learning more engaging and measurable.

📊 Step 3 – Insights & Smarter Course Optimization
Once your course is ready, Serena will generate a SCORM package that works with any LMS. But we’re going beyond just exporting content—inside the package, Serena will collect insights on how learners interact with your course, giving you real-time feedback to refine and improve your content.

🧠 Step 4 – Virtual Assistant & Adaptive Learning
